1. What MentorFunnel Is
MentorFunnel is a free advisory and lead-generation service that helps Bangladeshi students plan UK postgraduate study. We share scholarship information, sample shortlists, and connect you with our counsellors. We are not a UK university, an immigration adviser, or a guarantor of admission, scholarships, or visas.
2. No Guarantee
- Scholarship amounts shown on the site or in the calculator are illustrative ranges based on publicly available 2025/26 data. They are not personal offers.
- Final admission and scholarship decisions are made solely by the universities you apply to. We have no influence over their decisions.
- Visa decisions are made solely by UK Visas & Immigration. Nothing on this site should be read as immigration advice.
- We do not promise a minimum scholarship value, a specific university outcome, or any visa outcome.
3. Fees
- The shortlist, voice notes, calculator, WhatsApp follow-ups, and the initial consultation are free.
- We charge no processing fee, no application fee, and no deposit before any value is delivered.
- If we ever introduce paid premium services (e.g., end-to-end application management), they will be priced upfront, in writing, with a clear scope of work and a refund policy. You will never be auto-charged.
- We may receive a partner/affiliate commission from some universities after a successful enrolment. This never increases your tuition or scholarship cost, and we will disclose it on request.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information (true GPA, true budget, real WhatsApp number that you own).
- You must be 18 or older to use this service.
- Submit final applications, transcripts, English-test scores, and visa documents through the official university and UKVI channels — not through us.
- Treat our counsellors and any community channels respectfully. We may suspend service for abusive or fraudulent behaviour.
5. Liability
- The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, MentorFunnel's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) BDT 10,000.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of an intake place, scholarship, visa, or income.
- You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
6. Termination
You can stop using MentorFunnel at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp, clicking Unsubscribe in any email, or emailing privacy@mentorfunnel.example. Your data is purged within 48 hours per the Privacy Policy. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where we have your email, by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
